Ombudsman Real Estate IVD/VPB - Information obligation according to § 36 VSBG
The Real Estate Association Germany IVD e.V. has set up an arbitration board with the participation of the consumer association Verband Privater Bauherren e.V. (VPB) in accordance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG). Among other things, disputes between consumers and members of the IVD can be settled before the conciliation board in an out-of-court conciliation procedure.
Rubina Real Estate GmbH is a member of the IVD and participates in a conciliation procedure at the Ombudsman Immobilien IVD/VPB - Grunderwerb und -verwaltung.
